Summertime Stuffed Peppers

You’d need toaster, air fryer or oven if you cant to bake this. It is called summertime for the reason that, it is not baked. Instead, the filling was cooked completely. So that peppers added crunch texture.

I encourage you to vary pepper colors, texture and nuts to show growth. Also, think of stuffing your fillings in a different vessel such as zucchini or squash or even in a wrap. Do it and show my yours!
