Armed with my farming, studying and many years of experience in culinary industry - both from casual to fine dining capacities. All I want to do is teach, cater and turn everyone in the world (if possible) to appreciate food; when in their best seasons, and cook them with emphasis on quality, freshness and diversity. Priscilla’s Kitchen LLC (PKLLC) is a multi-service food operation well known for bold, wholesome flavors fusing cultures and providing inclusive experiences. Our chain of operations is headquartered in the Atlanta, Georgia area with 2 full-service restaurants in Lagos, Nigeria.
From our US and Nigeria locations, we offer virtual and in-person cooking classes for individuals, groups and corporations (Team building events, Corporate retreats), nutrition consulting and meal planning services for vegan/plant-based, meat-based, pescatarian, gluten-free, therapeutic, or life-style change diets. Our portfolio includes cookbook, spices and oils line, available to the US and International markets through our online shop.
Meet The Chef
PRISCILLA UMEDA
Whether in her childhood growing up in an organic farming household, or while being the general corralling meals as the eldest child, Chef Priscilla has always had a clear orientation of relating with food as a source of immense enjoyment, experimentation, nourishment, healing, and bonding. An astute businesswoman and self-acclaimed foodie, Chef Priscilla taught herself to bake while still living in her home country Nigeria. She would later turn this hobby into a thriving business which has since morphed into several business lines over the years such as catering, nutrition consulting and, cooking classes. Her business lines also produce spices, seasonings and snacks that are sold through her online store, grocery chains and other commercial outlets.
