PK Spiked Roast Chicken

This recipe employs two cooking methods (dry heat of via roasting and moist/steam cooking via moisture/water added). Again, you can totally use stove top by searing both sides on medium heat till golden brown. Take out chicken. Then sauté some veggies or aromatics, add stock or water and add back chicken. Cover and braise till its tender!
